Agile development methods (6 classroom days)

In our rapidly changing world, varied development methods are a useful addition to expanding your own expertise. A nimble and agile approach is an excellent tool for work related to development and methods – the more environments that work with your methods, the better.

The training is perfect for those interested in supplementing their own expertise and expanding their perspective in terms of education and coaching.

 

Goals:

The Agile Development Methods course provides experience in development tools and procedures, so you are sure to find one that fits your needs. The goal is for every participant to find at least one new method they can put into active use. The course ensures excellent results by using a coaching-oriented approach. It challenges participants to do things differently and shows them how to see things from different angles.

The Agile Development Methods course consists of six classroom days in total. Each day includes a preliminary exercise, real-life business example, and an additional exercise aimed at testing and applying the method in each participant’s own work and working environment. The training will be held in spring 2017, with the final classroom session scheduled for fall 2017.
