In the middle of digital revolution, it is constantly more difficult to get customers attention. During this course, we will find out how we can use different digital platforms to support sales. E-shops, websites and social media channels are important, but that is not enough, how we can actually raise customers’ attention and interest? During this course, we will use case examples and practical assignments to learn how we can use digitalization to get more sales.
